Focused on the execution and optimization of day-to-day operations, and daily execution of the overall goals and business plan of the company.

This included managing the sales process, gathering specifications from clients and converting that information into technical feature lists, contract negotiations, assigning tasks to the development team, managing communication between the development team and client. I was ultimately responsible for ensuring the project deadlines and deliverables were met to the agreed upon specifications.

Programmer Analyst

I managed a team of 3 people who were responsible for supporting the banking customers who used JHA’s Silverlake product for their nightly processing. The role of my team involved fielding customer calls and troubleshooting issues that they reported. We were responsible to either programmatically fix the issues, or refer the ticket to a senior programmer as needed.
